Pros +
- The best thing about the hotel was the staff. They were very nice very accommodating and very prompt.
- The quietness and the staff!
- Nice people
Cons -
- It seemed like I had to always tell them that I needed room service instead of them actually doing it. My toilet was bad. Weak flush. And it ran on its own. Hated it.
- Connecting with the resort upon arrival to the airport. The site is a compound and the gate is closed at night. There is a guard that can let you in but I didn’t know that at the time. Not wanting to wait outside the property due to safety.
- Old room, musty smelling, too far from anything,
